Gas Technology Products (GTP) offers both liquid and solid media desulfurization technologies to sweeten gas streams containing virtually any levels of hydrogen sulfide or mercaptans — for systems of widely ranging capacities. For any size or type application, GTP offers complete turnkey systems.

In This Issue:

01. Turning Sour Landfill Gas into Sweet Electricity

Landfill Gas Recovery System

The Pollution Control Financing Authority of Warren County contracted with an energy developer to construct, own, and operate a 3.8 megawatt landfill gas to electricity facility at their regional landfill. Use of construction and demolition wastes at the landfill produced landfill gas with high levels of H2S which had to be greatly reduced before the project could move forward. To see how this was accomplished, read the full article.

02. Types of Desulfurization Technologies for Landfill Gas

Landfill Gas FAQsChoices for desulfurization technologies depend largely on daily sulfur loads. This presentation highlights these different technologies so you can choose which one will meet your specific needs.
