The Sulfur-Rite® process is a cost-effective solution for continuous hydrogen sulfide removal for smaller operations with a maximum H2S load of 400 lbs/day. The process is selective to H2S and mercaptans and is especially effective where removal of other gas components, such as CO2, is not required.

In any application, an easy-to-operate Sulfur-Rite® system requires little operator attention and is less costly to install than competing processes. Pre-packaged vessels and media types handle a wide range of flows. Custom design is also available for flows above 2500 scfm, or Sulfur-Rite® units can be operated in parallel.

The Sulfur-Rite® media is primarily designed to sweeten anaerobic gas streams and ventilation air containing low levels of H2S or mercaptans and produces no undesirable offgases.
